I am a widow, at 54 I lost my amazing husband Andre of 35 years. Life as I knew it was no longer the same. My world was turned upside down, the sadness ruled my days.

Finally, I decided that my husband would not want me to be sad, because I knew that one of his missions in life was to make me happy.  Also, with the help of my wonderful family and great friends and some grief therapy, things started to get better. 

Today I can see a light at the end of my tunnel, being blessed with love, hope and gratitude now my life has a new beginning. That is why Fly With One Wing is so dear to my heart. Giving back a thousand times over, what was showed to me, is my mission.
